We are seeking RGN with a specialist interest in Chemotherapy medicine to work alongside, under the supervision of the Ward Matron to enable us to co-ordinate a quality service. Main duties of the job Contribute to the provision of physical and psychological environment conducive to providing a good standard of nursing care. Responsible in the assessment of care needs under the direction of an experienced Practitioner Responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of care programmes under the direction of an experienced Practitioner Communicates effectively with patients, relatives, carers and staff. Liaises with members of the multidisciplinary team in the delivery of care programmes. May be required to take charge of a Ward/department when deemed competent and safe to do so.
