We're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Investment Management team in a newly created role of Compliance Co-Ordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard working week of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer ranges up to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Let’s talk about the role. The business requires the highest professional standards to be consistently applied to the running of its multiple client accounts. Some of the key duties are:
* Instructing mandatory and best practice compliance to our supply chain in order to keep properties in management compliant.
* Assisting with admin of the role, which will involve the facilitation of visits between suppliers and residents, providing documentation to multiple parties.
* Becoming a specialist in your field and leading the way with understanding new compliance legislation in relation to the private rented sector and its effect on the operation of the business.
* Being responsible for the correctness of compliance certification issued by suppliers.
* Communicating effectively with landlords, contractors, PMs, and local authorities in a positive manner.
* Ensuring operating systems are kept up to date, with clear notes on actions relating to the works orders.
* Working collaboratively with other colleagues specifically in other departments, offering support, working on joint projects, and working together to achieve the business objectives.
* Delivering exceptional customer service in all aspects of the business.

* Previous property/risk management experience is desired.
* Great verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
* Ability to lead and see jobs to a conclusion.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills with a problem-solving ability.
* Good communication/negotiation skills and very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes.
* Confident at relaying information.
* Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Good IT skills including MS Office Suite.
