FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT
A global investment bank is seeking multiple Float Team Assistants to work on the trade floor on a temporary 12-month basis with the possibility to extend!
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing individual who has strong calendar management experience and wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
1. Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD & Partner level
2. Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
3. Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely manner
4. Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
5. Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa application, international flight and accommodation bookings, car bookings
6. Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
7. Expense management and preparation
8. Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
9. Supporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs and queries
10. Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues
FLOAT TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
1. Must be willing to work 5 days in office
2. 2 years of personal assistant experience or in a high volume diary management role
3. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
4. Strong financial interest
