What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience working with children displaying challenging behaviours. • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and de-escalation strategies. • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to working with students. • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or equivalent). • A genuine passion for supporting SEN students and fostering their development.
