Are you an experienced recruiter or an ex-teacher ready for an exciting new challenge? Flourish Education Recruitment is looking for a passionate and driven Primary Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established primary division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an existing warm desk and work with a team that s supportive, slightly bonkers, and completely dedicated to making a difference in the education sector.
About the Role
As a Primary Recruitment Consultant, you ll:
* Work within our established primary team, developing relationships with candidates and clients across the region.
* Deliver a consultative approach, ensuring we place the best candidates in the right roles.
* Attract and source new candidates, building long-term relationships.
* Proactively engage with new and existing schools to grow your desk.
* Regularly visit clients to foster great relationships a full UK driving license and car are essential.
* Meet and exceed key business goals individually and as part of the team.
What You ll Need
We re looking for someone with either:
* Recruitment experience (education recruitment is ideal but not essential), or
* Teaching experience, with a passion for making a difference in the education sector.
You ll also need:
* A full UK driving license (and car).
* A proactive, client-focused approach with a drive to succeed.
* A confident and ethical approach to building relationships.
* Excellent communication skills especially over the phone.
* A high attention to detail and the confidence to ask for help when needed.

Our Recruitment Consultants enjoy:
* Competitive starting salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, with realistic OTE of £40,000+ within 18-24 months (uncapped commission from day 1).
