System Coordination Centre Delivery Support Officer

Working across Hampshire and Isle of Wight, the Postholder will support the System Coordination Centre and System Resilience Team in ensuring that the response is planned and managed effectively.
The post holder will be responsible to the Senior Delivery Manager for Planning and will support in the coordination, development and oversight of seasonal planning, working with system partners to achieve this.
The post holder will also be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the team's work plan as well as maintaining and updating policies and documents.
Main duties of the job
1. Provide PA Support to the Director of Ops.
2. Provide high-quality project support to ensure that the portfolio of areas and programmes are planned, managed and delivered effectively. This will include data information and analysis, the development and maintenance of project documentation and the development of briefings/other reports.
3. Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support SCC and System Resilience delivery.
4. Support service reviews and service/pathway redesign work.
5. Support the creation and dissemination of communications and engagement materials.
6. Run and collate reports, which may include reports to Board and senior management.
7. Develop and maintain effective electronic filing systems, ensuring information is kept securely and is accessible to the team.
8. Support stakeholder engagement events, meeting arrangements and correspondence management across multiple portfolios of work.
9. Provide administrative support as required at senior meetings.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or experience of working at a similar level in specialist area.
* Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to role.
* Further training or experience in project management, financial management, or supporting change management processes.
Knowledge and Experience
* Significant administrative/secretarial experience including initiating and maintaining office systems.
* Demonstrable experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
* Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act.
* Experience of collating and analysing data and/or monitoring budgets.
Skills and abilities
* Clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills: capable of constructing and delivering clear information/instructions.
* Ability to work autonomously, under pressure in a busy working environment, with ability to multi-task.
