Salary: £13.85 per hour (London Living Wage)
THE PURPOSE
This role is at the heart of delivering one of the most iconic sporting events in the world, The Wimbledon Championships. You will work closely with our Wimbledon Event Managers, providing essential support in all aspects of administration, planning, coordination, and execution. From contributing to the creation of unforgettable experiences to ensuring every administrative detail is meticulously managed, your efforts will help bring this prestigious event to life.
YOU’LL BE DOING
* Day to day liaison with the respective Event Teams, providing administrative support and assistance on all assigned tasks
* Liaise and assist with customer requirements and queries pre-event, on-day, and post event
* Manage the collation and reporting of customer dietary requirements
* Assist with the management of the KP in-house booking system, supporting with package and stock management, troubleshooting of bookings and guest details
* Assist with the checking of tables plans and ticket allocations
* Manage the inventory and ordering of event supplies and uniform as required
* Coordinate client merchandise deliveries and orders pre-event and on-site
* Provide office support during the event including management & recording of petty cash
* Coordinate the input and collation of comment cards during and post event
* Attend on-site meetings as required
* Assist the Wimbledon operations team with ticket checking and splitting
* Attend The Championships, Wimbledon as on-day event support from Saturday 28 June to Sunday 13 July 2025
* Be aware of and compliant with all Compass health and safety policies
* To perform any other duties as required.

* Experienced with E-Mail and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Flexible, with a “hands-on” approach, looking to work in a fast-paced environment
* Interested in a career in events
* Proficient in the English Language and mathematical skills
