Knowledge and expertise acquired through in- depth experience or theoretical study to Masters post-graduate level or equivalent experience in HR Management or related discipline. CIPD qualified Knowledge and experience across a range of HR practices included specialist knowledge in one or more of the following HR disciplines. e.g: Employee Relations, retention strategies, TUPE, service redesign etc., Sound IT literacy, including all Microsoft applications, email, development of intranet, internet use Experience of maintaining and updating information systems and producing reports Experience of analysing and interpreting data and develop a range of options Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
