Propel is currently working with an exciting hospitality technology company that is looking to expand its marketing team in the UK. They are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to help drive brand engagement, content creation, and event execution. About the Role This is a key hire for the UK team in 2025, with the Marketing Executive expected to be a well-rounded generalist with strong experience in compelling social media production and data-led research. The role will support marketing initiatives across the UK and Nordics, covering research, writing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities Market Research and Insight Conduct annual market research to produce industry-leading reports on key trends in the hospitality sector. Collaborate with local teams, meet with customers, and stay informed on industry developments through events and news sources. Bring insights back to the marketing and sales teams to inform campaigns and strategies. Campaign Execution Work closely with the UK Marketer and Commercial teams to create and execute multi-stage marketing campaigns targeting hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. Develop campaigns that drive top-of-funnel awareness, middle-funnel education, and bottom-funnel product inquiries. Events Coordination Support the planning and execution of digital, tradeshow, and hosted events. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, invitations, registrations, and on-site support. Contribute to the annual Hospitality conference, Shine, which gathers 200 industry leaders for a day of learning and networking. Content Creation and Social Media Development Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials. Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance to the English-speaking audience. Implement SEO best practices and optimise content for organic search visibility. Create engaging social media content, including bite-sized videos, and manage audience interactions. Leverage internal subject matter experts to enhance content impact. What You Bring 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong content creation skills across written, visual, and social media formats. Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent communication skills. A creative and fearless approach to marketing, with a knack for engaging audiences. Familiarity with SEO best practices and data-driven marketing strategies. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
