Clinical Deputy Manager

The team at Mountfitchet House Care Home has a great opportunity for a passionate and hands-on nurse to join the home as Clinical Deputy Manager.
What you'll do
1. Support and deputize for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
2. Be the home’s nurse expert, utilising your nursing, managerial, and leadership skills.
3. Focus on residents with complex needs, conforming with the latest guidelines, making far-reaching decisions, and maintaining high levels of clinical governance while regularly auditing practices and procedures.
4. Care plan development and assessments.
5. Conduct walk rounds.
6. Look after all our residents alongside the team and offer personalized centered care.
Who you are
An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD), well-versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You are keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
