About Our Client

Job Description
* Management of e-banking systems and TMS, ensuring all static data is correct, user profiles documented with appropriate SOD's and user access reviewed on a regular basis.
* Act as the 'Product Owner' to identify, select, test and roll out new system functionality / defect fixes.
* Implement initiatives to move Business usage away from the Banking portal to the Target Operating Model of centralised ERP and TMS with H2H payments and statements.
* Proactively identify ways to further automate activities and add value to back-office activities.
* Involvement in various system related projects noted on the Treasury Delivery Roadmap, involving both Treasury managed systems and integrated systems.
* Point of contact for payment/settlement queries within the business.
* Work with both internal (e.g. accounting, cash and IT) and external parties (e.g. Banks, trade counter-parties) to ensure smooth running of daily banking activities and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Monitor scheduler activity and resolve any issues.
* Ensure timely trade capture in internal system, process life-cycle events (rate resets, accounts setup, etc.) and resolve reconciliation issues.
* Design and lead daily processes and system work-flows, ensuring proper functioning of day-to-day controls.
* Implement new TMS functionality to support enhanced cash management initiatives (e.g. notional pooling, cash concentration, intraday statements).
* Take ownership of the Treasury systems, acting as the Subject Matter Expert providing knowledge / technical support to the team.
* Support the Treasury Manager to ensure the smooth running of daily Treasury System and Operations activities.
* Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury Systems and Operations with initiatives on the Treasury Delivery roadmap to improve Treasury Operations and the delivery of projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Junior Treasury Analyst should have:
* Ideally hold a bachelor's degree with strong academic results. Preference for Finance or Economics.
* Preference for 2-3 years of previous Corporate Treasury experience.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excel skills and system skills (e.g. TMS, schedulers, Bank portal, Power BI).
* Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines.
