SimplyBiz Mortgages, one of the UK’s leading mortgage clubs, is looking for a Mortgages Data Administrator to join our team About Us SimplyBiz Mortgages supports over 4,300 directly authorised mortgage intermediaries with award-winning compliance and business support services. As a key part of our team, you’ll help streamline and optimise our data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in management information, financial rebate payments, and customer billing records. Your Role In this position, you will: Collate and aggregate multiple data sets into a unified format for use across the business. Assist in the creation of lender/provider monthly management information, including market share and ranking data. Support the digitisation of SimplyBiz Mortgages data. Maintain and update customer billing records to ensure timely and accurate financial collections. Produce reports and trend analysis using internal database management systems. Build a deep understanding of our business and the data needs of various teams. Contribute to the development and enhancement of data capabilities within SimplyBiz Mortgages. Liaise with lenders and providers to ensure data is received in line with deadlines. Manage the production of reports for Prestige proposition and FIBA data reports. Collaborate with the Data Analyst to create meaningful reports for lending partners. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Experience using MS Excel for data management and reporting. A proactive, focused approach with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities. Exceptional attention to detail.
