Position: Temporary Training Administrator Salary: £12.56 - £14.36 p/h (DOE) Contract: Temporary (up to 3 months, potentially will go perm) MUST BE ABLE TO START WC 7TH APRIL Location: Stoney Stanton, office based only Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8.30-5pm, office based Coventry Reed Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be representing a reputable company within the energy sector Our client is looking for a temporary Training Administrator while recruiting for a permanent administrator, to help support the Transport Compliance Team Administrator duties include: Coordinate the training for internal and external stakeholders (contractors) Work in line with specific regulations ensuring all processes are to a high audit standard Be first point of call for all Driver CPC training suppliers Data cleanse and accurate data storage Maintaining staff training records, attaching relevant documents and monitoring expiry dates of certificates/course refresher due dates Manage the invoices for the training department – receipting of PO, challenge invoices where required Manage the new training request process Process contractor's hours on HMRC website weekly Support with room bookings and catering for any training happening on site Assist with new starter inductions where applicable Administrator person specification: Essential- Strong Administration and coordination skills Preferably from a training background or Transport background but not essential Excellent communication skills Intermediate Excel and Word skills Experience of working within tight deadlines Self starter / use own initiative - will be working on own Must be able to start WC 7th April to shadow the current person who is retiring This would suit someone who is task driven, self sufficient and confident with communicating with senior managers Apply today and a Reed representative will guide you through the next steps of your application.
