The Role:
To be the first point of contact for Oldham College enquiries and visitors and promote and provide excellent customer service internally and externally in all areas of the role.
To provide a high-quality reception and telephony enquiries service within an ethos of equality of opportunity on reception, through the telephone using the main switchboard and via all other communication channels, maintaining outstanding best practice of customer care at all times.
Requirements:
* GCSE Maths & English - Grade 4 or above or equivalent
* Relevant previous experience of administrative work ina busy office environment
* Experience of working is a customer-centred environment, face to face and over the telephone, with a wide range of people
