We are working with our Oil & Gas Operator client who are looking for an experienced PA/Secretary Administrator for a 12 month maternity leave contract. Based in Kingswells outside Aberdeen, our client operates a 3/2 hybrid working model.
Candidates will support a Senior Manager in the business with:
1. Diary management
2. Arranging meetings and travel
3. Attending and recording meetings
4. Acting as a gatekeeper for visitors and calls
5. Handling invoice queries for the department
6. Providing other adhoc admin support
Candidates must have a background in providing Executive support, ideally in a larger corporate organisation, and be available for immediate start.
