Kudos is a well-established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector to deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to its clients and is currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team in Warrington on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate should be A-Level educated as a minimum & hold a relevant degree within a construction or mechanical discipline (desirable). The candidate will have 5+ years of experience working within the Hard FM industry, ideally within a PFI/PPP arena, and be confident in interrogating complex contractual information, presenting data, and report writing.
You will have an understanding of Pay mechs, Unavailability & SFP's, and be confident in reporting on these accurately.
The Role
This role is responsible for supporting the National Ops Manager and Contract Manager to deliver hard FM services across the portfolio.
You will be responsible for reviewing and responding to any formal commercial letters, such as PMR rejections, SFP challenges, or unavailability claims, and carrying out any investigation as required, setting out the company response and resolution as appropriate.
You will manage the contractual challenges arising from tenants, relating to unavailability claims or PMR disputes, reviewing any such claims in line with the contract and investigating with all relevant stakeholders, presenting a robust response and/or solution to the CEO.
A key element of the role will be to audit operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with the contract and mitigating any risks to the business.
You will regularly provide detailed and accurate reporting, trackers, and calculators to identify and report contractual breaches or risks, monitoring SFP thresholds to identify and address any potential breach triggers, and then take action to prevent these & report on them accordingly. You will analyze Pay Mech reports monthly and apportion Service Failure Points accordingly for inclusion in the PMR’s & provide commercial input to any client-facing reports ensuring that Kudos is addressing any financial or reputational risk.
