Norton College Pastoral Assistant
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Pastoral Assistant at Norton College in Worcester.
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the Head of School to ensure the smooth running of the college, with specific duties varying according to the needs of the institution and potentially shared with other colleagues.
This role involves working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Pastoral Lead to engage with students, facilitate their access to lessons, vocational activities, on-site and off-site activities, and provide general support to students as needed.

Requirements

Salary
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
