A leading and innovative IP Video Surveillance manufacturer is looking for a proven sales professional to implement and execute the business development strategy for the region, selling products to distributors and resellers.
Responsibilities
* Implement and execute the business development strategy for the region
* Develop and manage the sales channel in the region
* Ensure sustainable growth and achieve sales targets within the region
* Plan and conduct sales promotion activities
* Maintain frequent communication with team members
Additional Information
The position is home office based.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with an enthusiastic, energetic, "hands-on" approach
* At least 3 years of sales experience
* Strong knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure, and related hardware
* Experience in the CCTV industry
* Experience with executive relationships and alliances
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written; native speaker preferred
Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80%) across the region and to headquarters for training and industry events.
