A leading and innovative IP Video Surveillance manufacturer is looking for a proven sales professional to implement and execute the business development strategy for the region selling products to distributors and resellers.
Responsibilities:
* Implement and execute the business development strategy for the region
* Develop and manage the sales channel in the region
* Responsible for sustainable growth and achieving the target of the sales region
* Plan and conduct sales promotion activities
* Frequent communication with the different team members
The position is home office based.
Qualifications:
* Excellent communication/presentation skills and an enthusiastic, energetic “hands on” approach
* 3+ years sales experience
* Excellent knowledge of IP Networks, infrastructure and related hardware
* Experience in the CCTV industry
* Experience with executive relationships and alliances
* Very good English speaking and writing skills, preferred as native speaker
Willing to frequently travel (approx. 80%) throughout the region and to the headquarters for training and industry events.
