Rachel Entwistle Jewellery is a renowned, award-winning brand celebrated for creating meaningful designs that mark life's significant moments. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Shoreditch, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to jewellery, where every piece tells a story.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Studio and Production Manager to join our jewellery team. This essential role involves overseeing the entire production process and the smooth running of daily operations in our studio.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in a similar role. We are looking for someone whose values align with the RE brand that deeply cares about craftsmanship, meaningful design and responsible making practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Management: Oversee and manage both bespoke and ready-to-dispatch jewellery orders, ensuring efficient processing and delivery.
2. Supply Chain Coordination: Order findings, materials, and castings essential for production. Maintain up-to-date stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
3. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all jewellery designs. Work directly with jewellers, makers, and workshops to ensure timely production. Coordinate with suppliers, makers, and stone setters to ensure the correct supply of materials as needed.
4. Bespoke Orders Management: Oversee the entire process of bespoke orders from initiation to completion, ensuring a seamless and personalised customer experience.
5. Dispatch and Delivery: Manage the logistics of order dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
6. Website Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating product information on the company website to reflect current offerings and availability. Work with our photography and video library and edit where necessary and upload. Collaborate with the founder to coordinate and update pricing strategies and structures.
Qualifications
1. 4 years minimum experience in a production management role within the jewellery industry or a related field.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
5. Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), Photoshop, Canva.
6. Experience with Shopify, CRM or time management tools are useful.
