About the role
Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As part of the management team, you'll oversee the shop when the Manager isn't present, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role is to ensure a fantastic shopping experience, whether customers are in-store or ordering online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold high standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of choices
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About you
