Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Coordinator located in Eastleigh. The role involves handling customer satisfaction, defect management from initial report logging through to completion and customer experience tasks, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally on a fixed 12 month contract.
Qualifications
1. Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
2. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
3. COINS experience preferred, however, full training will be provided
4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong problem-solving abilities
6. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
7. Knowledge of the house building industry desirable
