This well-established practice is going through its second generation and is around 50 strong. They predominantly work with many of the large residential developers on substantial housing projects. Due to continued growth, they are actively seeking a director to support their London office.
Candidates will need the following skills and experience:
1. At least 10 years post part 3
2. Excellent technical skills
3. Strong team leadership skills
4. Capable of running meetings and dealing with clients
5. Vectorworks would be a bonus, but cross-training for the right person will be provided.
6. Experience delivering large residential projects or potential to develop new sectors
