We are looking for an exceptional Retail Analyst who will be responsible for retail reporting, analysis and coordination of divisional retail projects and budgets. Reporting into the Luxe Retail & Education Director, they will pioneer new collaborative ways of working between the brands and functions, and will be a key part of supporting the division’s retail team, allowing them to make strategic decisions. You will have genuine excitement and passion for retail and an understanding of there tail market and operational and commercial drivers. What are the key responsibilities? Retail Sales results, reporting & analysis: • Retail results reporting across brands, online and offline channels(Weekly, Monthly, Year to Date etc) • Category reports and analysis • Deep dive into retailer specific results & report findings and recommendations • Analysis of performance of big bet launches, providing key insights and learnings to stakeholders and back to Luxe Retail & Education Director • Present findings in appropriate meetings and communications (manager, conference calls, brand meetings/updates, emails) • Support the division and Luxe Retail & Education Director in reporting and presentations for various stakeholder meetings • Working with all key stakeholder teams; brand and retail and education tribes, HR and finance • Build credible and collaborative working relationships with your cross brand and functional contacts • Champion simplicity through ways of working with brands and field teams BA Headcount/ FTE management: • Collaborate with the HR Retail Analyst and brands to monitor, manage BAHC and FTE for the brands across the division • Work with Heads of Retail to gain insights and direction on the brands BA strategy (openings, closures, shift to omni/new ways of working) • Manage with HR Retail analyst, on behalf of the Heads of Retail and validated by Luxe Retail & Education Director and Head of Retail HR, the HC and FTE budget and trend process • Creating trend templates and reporting changes in HC to corporate HR, general managers and managing director. • Work with Heads of retail to maintain tracker of HC by brand on a point-of-sale level • Full Loreal Luxe BA Productivity Review by retailer and POS. Build and maintain template for retail heads to work with Agency Management • Responsible for centralized finance and operational management of temporary agency staff for the division • Working with Agency providers on their weekly reports and auditing to release payments • Work with Heads of Retail to prepare budgets and PO’s for the year/half year • Manage the finance/payment process of Agency providers • Monthly reports to Retail and Finance, including analysis of performance, costs, return on investment as well as insights and feedback to improve commercial performance • Setting up quarterly meetings with agencies to review performance • Agency Reviews, ongoing feedback and be the go-to contact between agencies and the brands, as well as formal reviews with Agency • Build credible working relationships with Agency providers as well as finance and purchasing teams to foster positive business and commercial outcomes • Build relationships with and obtain feedback from Area Managers on their experiences with our agencies • Responsible for On-boarding of new agencies • Reviewing and completing web cycles caused by agency POS Retail & Education Projects: financial management • Support the Luxe Division Retail & Education team to manage the budget and trend process • Work with key stakeholders (Retail & Education Special Projects Manager, Luxe Retail & Education Director, Be Luxe Training Manager) to successfully manage the process and meet deadlines • Creation and management of PO’s to ensure payments to suppliers of projects and Retail & Education initiatives • Working with corporate finance to manage the trend process.
