Reablement Support Worker

Salary: Grade 4, £12.18 - £12.80 per hour
Hours: 18 per week
Contract: Permanent
You would be responsible for promoting independence by helping individuals to do things for themselves, to maintain their ability to live life as independently as possible by supporting the whole person – addressing their physical, social and emotional needs. This will include components of personal care.
Reablement and Interim Support Workers provide support to individuals within their own homes. There is therefore a requirement for applicants to have the ability to travel within the geographical work area as required.
