Case Manager Position - 12m contract
A forward-thinking software company is seeking a confident, experienced Customer Service person to join their team. Based in central London, the role involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. This position is people and client-oriented, requiring extensive written and spoken communication; hence strong English skills (written and spoken) are essential.
Day to day, you will be assisting with queries, offering advice and information on their tech services, primarily to lawyers, solicitors, or legal departments. The company values collaboration and is eager to find someone who can grow their career with them long term.
