Customer Service Coordinator
To £30,000 + benefits
Full time or part time option (25hrs to 40 hrs/week).
Site based in B98.
Commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Redditch, Alcester and Worcester areas.
You will be responsible for working with customers as part of the customer care strategy to help deliver a high level of customer service.
Experience / Qualifications
1. Customer service experience.
2. Ideally commercial process experience relating to the supply of products or services.
3. Comfortable using systems.
4. Intermediate Excel skills.
5. Integrity, initiative and organisation skills.
6. Customer focus.
7. Positive and friendly with other people.
8. Able to collaborate with people across the business.
9. Team Player.
10. Great written and oral communication skills.
