You will be working with a skilled and talented team, consisting of 10 dedicated staff members, many of whom have been part of the organisations success for a number of years. About You We are looking for: • Experience in managing the leadership function in a similar sized organisation or in a senior leadership role in a larger organisation (experience in the not for profit sector, health sector or of managing a membership organisation is ideal) • Experience in developing and delivering strategic plans to drive both internal and external operational engagement • Experience in leading organisational, functional and budgetary initiatives, ideally in healthcare, charity or membership organisations • A strong understanding of governance, with experience working alongside a Board • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
