A fantastic opportunity to join a wonderful family in the breathtaking Shropshire countryside. The nanny will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and engaging with the family’s two gorgeous, upbeat, and outdoorsy boys, aged 2 years and 3 months.
The ideal nanny will have experience and a passion for supporting children’s growth and development, including implementing potty training, weaning, sleep routines, and other key developmental milestones to help the children thrive. Dressing up, reading stories, and being creative are popular pastimes for the children, so a nanny who is naturally expressive, resourceful, with a good sense of humour is desired.
The nanny will enjoy becoming a part of the family’s dynamic while being adaptable and using plenty of initiative to create a mindful, organised, and consistent weekly routine that suits the whole family.
The role includes the opportunity to live in on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights to accommodate the family’s required hours. The family home is set in a stunning and idyllic location, featuring a nearby river for summer paddling, lakes, a swimming pool, woodland walks, a walled fruit and vegetable garden, and breathtaking open pastures.
