An opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Ward Nurse Manager to lead Ward 25 our Temporary Escalation ward for a period of 6 months in the first instance. You should be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years acute experience at Band 6. You should have a keen interest in providing high quality, harm free, patient centred care in a busy, fast paced, ever changing and often challenging environment. For this role you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess the ability to lead the team effectively. As a Ward Manager you must display a positive and professional manner, have a non-judgemental attitude, and be open to change.
