Rotation Details This 8-month rotational programme will provide exposure to diverse respiratory specialities, including: Intensive Care Unit (ITU) & Surgery Respiratory Medicine & Medical Admissions Decision Unit (MADU) Community Respiratory Services (AIRs Team) Senior Responsibilities As a senior clinician, you will play a key role in: Supervising, educating, and appraising physiotherapists, support staff, and students.Leading and contributing to service development, ensuring high-quality patient care and innovation in practice. Supervise and mentor newly qualified physiotherapists, technicians, assistants, and students while contributing to the education of multidisciplinary team (MDT) staff. Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and actively participate in departmental activities. Take part in the weekend and on-call service as required.
