Job Summary
Kingston and Richmond Foundation Trust provides a wide range of healthcare services for the population of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and the Royal Borough of Kingston. We are seeking experienced full-time or part-time team administrators to support the daily operations of our team.
This position is based with the Richmond Response and Rehabilitation Team (RRRT), which operates from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The team includes Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy Assistants, Social Workers, Social Care Assistants, and Business Support staff.
RRRT offers hospital discharge, urgent care response, and community rehabilitation services for individuals requiring short-term, intensive support following illness, disability, or hospital discharge. The duration of support varies from a few days to several weeks, depending on individual needs.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will rotate through these hours supporting our administrative team. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and staff, managing high call volumes, processing referrals, booking appointments, conducting patient surveys, and fulfilling service demands.
Ideal candidates will be organized, capable of multitasking, logical, enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
