We are responsible for checking a variety of administrative documents and processes relating to the products negotiated and sold in the UK or exported across Europe and the US. We are looking for a confident and motivated Administrator with a meticulous eye for detail, as well as the ability to understand the bigger picture and how systems, documents and processes can affect the wider business. What you'll do
Checking and reviewing contracts, invoices, memos and internal communication prior to distribution to third parties
Working closely with the other Buying departments to ensure high quality standards within Buying Administration are maintained
Checking that the memos, which bring crucial information into the business, are distributed correctly and actioned in a timely manner
Checking supplier and item data is maintained correctly by all departments to ensure our customers and suppliers receive the best possible service
Preparing reports for the buying management team
Observing strict business critical deadlines
Dealing with ad hoc requests when they arise
What you'll need
Intermediate Excel skills are essential
Experience in Administration is desirable
Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
Self-Motivated and driven
Enjoy a fast paced and busy environment
Well organised with the ability to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlines
Excellent computer skills
The ability and confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business
Positive can-do attitude with the willingness to learn
Ability and drive to problem solve
Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse data
Good understanding of German language would be advantageous
