Technical Sales Estimator – The Role:
This is a full time, on-site, Technical Sales Estimating role located on Hartlebury Trading Estate. The role will be responsible for daily task including but not limited to customer communication, quote generation, client liaison, sales data control & ERP usage.
Tasks and responsibilities.
Receive, examine and interpret enquiry documents and create quotation and specification offerings:

16. Develop relationships with clients.
17. Generate new sales from leads and market research.
18. Assist in delivering companies sales and invoicing targets.
19. Ensure quotations and technical bids are submitted on time.
20. Liaise with group contacts & sister companies to assist in building correct offerings.
21. Use MRP system and create accurate costings & BOM’s.
Technical Sales Estimator – Skills/Qualifications:
The Ideal Candidate will have a flexible attitude to work, along with the ability to work unsupervised.
22. Commercial Awareness.
23. Comfortable speaking to existing and new customers.
24. Work well as a part of a team.
25. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
26. Proficient in Microsoft office in particular Outlook, Word & Excel.
27. Estimating experience.
28. Ability to read technical specifications and drawings.

30. Knowledge of the security industry, critical national infrastructure, LPCB & NPSA a bonus.
