What you will do: We are looking for someone who will be a key member of the Nurse Leadership team, providing strong operational, clinical expertise and visible leadership. The roles are operational, providing strong professional leadership within the individual’s remit on NHS Ayrshire & Arran site basis. You will achieve this by providing professional nursing leadership and guidance, expert clinical advice and support in relation to the key dimensions of health care quality: • patient safety • patient and staff experience • the environment in which care is delivered value for money and efficiency You will ensuring standards of clinical practice, patient centred care and workforce development, in line with the Health and Care staffing legislation to maximise the delivery of care.
