Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Business Manager based at Infection Prevention and Control within University Crosshouse Hospital .
What you will do:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager within the Infection Prevention and Control Team. This is a key role within the Infection Prevention and Control Team and will report directly to the Director of Infection Prevention and Control to ensure effective governance processes and business performance targets are implemented and met.
You will work collaboratively with the Director of Infection Prevention and Control and Senior Management Team towards meeting strategic objectives and ensure that systems are in place to support these objectives. They will have excellent business and project management skills and be able to work independently with a high level of autonomy.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You must be suitably qualified with significant business management experience. You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You should demonstrate in-depth understanding of governance principles, demonstrate effective leadership and be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload.
