Description: Our client is looking for an Oracle Cloud Change Manager. As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules within our organisation. This includes overseeing the organisational change management strategies and driving the successful implementation and user adoption of the new systems and business processes.
5 Key Skills Required:
1. Proven experience in change management, particularly within the context of adopting Oracle Cloud solutions.
2. Strong understanding of organisational change management methodologies and best practices.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Demonstrate proactive management and problem solving.
5. Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers.
5 Areas of Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies to support the adoption of Oracle Cloud modules.
2. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
3. Design and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the adoption process.
4. Engage with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
5. Develop and deliver training programs tailored to different user groups to ensure smooth transition and effective use of Oracle Cloud modules.
