Our client is a leading expert within their field, actively seeking an experienced EA to join their team to support the COO / CFO.
Job Description
* Provide executive assistance to the senior management team.
* Coordinate project activities across various departments.
* Maintain and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Take minutes in meetings.
* Assist with various projects across the organisation.
* Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow.
* Plan and coordinate company events.
* Handle confidential documents and act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients.
* Handle HR tasks such as employment contracts, recruitment & onboarding new starters.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
* Previous EA experience is essential.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Previous experience handling HR tasks would be advantageous.
* Somebody who can take initiative, multitask, and handle a high workload.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
* Discretion and confidentiality.
