Location: Crawley
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time office-based Administration Support working closely with our Crawley-based Executive Assistant and forming part of our wider administration team. You will be based in our modern and vibrant Crawley office which is located near the town centre. This is a varied role that would suit an individual who works in an efficient and organised manner, is a confident communicator and has a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What the role would include:
1. Assisting with the smooth running of the office
2. General administration tasks supporting the team
3. Uploading and sending accounts and tax packs to clients
4. Compiling confirmation statements and company secretarial work when needed
5. Producing standard letters
6. Calls to HMRC
7. Providing a friendly and professional welcome to clients and other visitors
The ideal candidate:
1. Good organisational skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication
3. Able to work as a team and independently
4. Able to work under pressure
5. High attention to detail
6. Confident with Microsoft Office and IT applications
7. Ability to multi-task
8. Confident telephone manner
9. Happy to be office-based
