Hayesfield Girls’ School are seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join their front office team on a full-time basis.
Salary: £24,790-£25,584 per annum, pro rata (Grade 3 SPC 5-7) Actual salary: £21,298-£21,981 per annum

This is a full-time, 37 hours per week position, term time only plus five INSET dates.
This post holder will be an ambassador for the school, providing an efficient and welcoming front office function and telephone reception service to the School for all students, parents and other visitors. For further information about the role, please see the attached job description.
Requirements:
Essential to the role is that the candidate has:
Good general education including English and Maths to GCSE or equivalent, as well as good IT skills, written and communication skills and accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working in a busy office with a strong customer service ethos and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. What we offer:
