The role of the Technical Support Engineer – Mechanical Services will involve:
* Technical Service Engineer position dealing with the fabrication of modular plantrooms and data centres
* Review and evaluate tender documents, drawings, models, specifications and schedules
* Supporting the design team to understand the scope of works and assist in setting out our schedule of deliverables for the project
* Ensure that projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
* Ensuring correct mark-up of schematics and project layouts to identify the scope of work
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, and other relevant parties as required
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer – Mechanical Services with:
* Must have a Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
* 3+ years working within the building services market sector within sales, technical or engineering capacities
* Sound technical knowledge of plumbing, pipe fitting, piping, fire sprinklers or related
* Understanding of mechanical schematics and building layouts
* Ideally an experienced Revit user
* IT literate (Microsoft Office)
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Strong organisation and time management skills
