Planner / Scheduler Responsibilities:
1. Managing calls on system
2. Managing operatives' diaries
3. General administration
4. Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
5. Ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
6. Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client
7. Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked
8. Working towards individual and client KPIs
9. Dealing with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works
10. Tracking and monitoring to completion
11. Liaising with in-house and third-party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, and logistics, and reorganising schedules
12. Organisation of external supply companies
13. Ensuring all trades are ready and present on-site and works are completed in line with committed client completion dates
14. Being able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
