My client, a leading law firm based in Manchester, are seeking a Receptionist to join their team.
The Role
As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
* Deliver a professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.
* Keep the reception area tidy and professional at all times.
* Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.
* Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.
* Set up telephone, conference calls, and AV facilities.
* Organise catering and presentation needs for meetings and events.
* Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready.
* Assist in preparing and running marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours.
* Make travel arrangements and bookings.
* Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
