Description As a Technical Product Manager in our Cloud Migration Engineering and Execution (CMEE) team, you will work on some of the most complex problems imaginable at the intersection of two dynamic industries - Finance and Technology. Develop products that can change the way our clients operate, and how Banking is done today – and tomorrow. You will be hands-on and lead technical conversations with cloud developers, customers on cloud platform and developer experience technologies. Job responsibilities Aligning that product’s vision to the wider objectives of J.P. Morgan Cultivating a deep and nuanced understanding of your product’s users – from interviewing users to synthesizing usage data and market trends Collaborate with the firms Design and User Experience teams, providing clear requirements derived from user research to develop a best-in-class platform offering Working closely with developers to both build the right thing, and build it in the right way Manage the functional and technical requirements of business stakeholders to support their core requirements, and align it to ongoing development work Engage with Developers on the challenges they face while deploying applications on cloud and come up with with platform and managed developers experience solutions to simplify their cloud journey Required qualifications, capabilities and skills You have 5 years of experience in a product role. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a strong track record of product deliveries. You have a strong technical background, with experience working with database technologies like PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Neo4j or similar. You have a strong economic and technical understanding of delivery models such as SaaS, Self-Managed or Cloud Native Service. You have a strong technical background, with experience working on streaming data solutions in cloud like managed Kafka or similar. You should be familiar with data migrations from onprem to cloud or from one database technology to another. You should be familiar with a typical journey of a developer from building code, modernize, deploy, to manage and operate You have experience generating product collaterals that explains positioning, messaging, and capture what problems the product is solving. You have the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and the ability to influence peers by articulating the product offering and value to business partners.
