We are seeking an experienced French and Italian speaking Personal Assistant/Administrator to join a boutique art consultancy firm in Central London. You will be providing comprehensive administrative support, dealing with diary management, arranging meetings and booking travels. A good understanding or interest in art would be a great advantage, but not a necessity for the role.
\nThis is a full-time, permanent position, based in the organisations office.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nResponsible for a wide range of administrative duties\nManaging a busy diary by utilising your organisational and multitasking skills\nCoordinating detailed travel itineraries, transportation, scheduling internal and external meetings\nHandling certain personal matters on behalf of the Director\nWorking proactively to resolve any enquiries from clients in the arts sectorAbout you:\n\nThis role requires an experienced French and Italian speaking PA, with ideally some exposure in working within a creative/art environment, providing support and taking initiative in all aspects. To be considered for the role you must have previous experience in a PA or EA role, supporting Senior Members to CEO or Director level.\n\nProfile:\n\nRequired to be fluent in French to a mother tongue level (C2)\nFluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken\nPrevious experience working as a bilingual Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, EA, PA or Senior Secretary, ideally within the art industry\nHave a knowledge or interest in the art sector would be a great advantage\nSolid experience of working in a fast-paced environment\nAble to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time framesTo apply, please send your CV in English and in Word format to Alexia. \nlanguagematters is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
