Job Title: Project Administrator
Location : Poole (Office-based, with 1-2 days remote flexibility)
About the Role :
Were looking for an organised, proactive Project Administrator to join our client's team and take on a critical role in project coordination and administration. Youll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across multiple projects, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring clients receive excellent service every step of the way.
What Youll Do :
Project Administration & Coordination
Oversee the administration of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate resources, logistics, and scheduling to keep projects running smoothly
Organise and attend project meetings, providing key updates on milestones and timelines
Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and client communications
Track progress against project plans and manage any issues or escalations promptly
Service Improvement & Resource Management
Monitor team resource allocation and ensure projects are staffed appropriately
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies
Ensure service levels are maintained, and escalate issues if necessary to leadership
Client & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication on project status and deliverables
Manage client expectations, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns
Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure smooth transitions during project delivery

Proven experience in project administration or coordination
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in managing schedules, resources, and budgets
