Senior Associate / Legal Director - Employment (Education) - Cambridge or Northampton with Hybrid working
Client
A full-service firm, highly acclaimed as a leader across several practices and have grown exponentially over the last few years, with several offices across England and Wales.
Role
* Working on a broad range of educational matters, you will lead on the work we do with academies, including advising on academy conversions and MAT expansions.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and schools to provide pragmatic legal advice.
* Develop and maintain knowledge on employment law issues specifically affecting the Education sector, working collaboratively with colleagues across the team to share knowledge.
* Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
You
* 6+ years or more PQE.
* A solid grounding in education work, and working with academies.
* An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
* Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
* To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills.
* To have strong commercial acumen.
