Accounts Assistant - About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
2. Process invoices, payments, and expenses in a timely manner
3. Reconcile bank statements and financial records
4. Support in preparing financial reports and statements
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
6. Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
7. Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions
8. Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
The successful Accounts Assistant will have/be:
1. Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
2. Proficient in accounting software Xero
