Team Leader - Nights (Residential Care)
Hourly Rate: £14
Hours per week: 36 - 48

Requirements for the Team Leader (Residential Care) role:
* Dementia care training (desirable)
* Working towards or obtained NVQ 3 or equivalent in health & social care
* Experience in organizing, implementing training, chairing meetings (desirable but not essential)
* Experience of risk assessment, care plans, and reviews

A residential and nursing home for older adults in a homely setting. They also offer dementia and respite care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing personalized and person-centered care plans.
* Continuously assessing, implementing, and evaluating service users' care.
* Adopting safe working practices in accordance with the service's policies.
* Meeting the minimum CQC standards and maintaining a professional CQC relationship.
* Ensuring personal development (continuous) and mandatory training is kept up to date.
* Setting and maintaining the highest standard of care in the service.
* Supporting and mentoring your team of care staff and guiding them to provide the best positive outcomes for residents.
