As a PPM Engineer, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To carry out all routine maintenance of Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed in guest rooms. This includes but is not limited to cleaning/exchanging of filter media, cleaning evaporation coils, cleaning of fans and lubrication of motor bearings, changing of motors where necessary. To identify and report/repair any other defects spotted whilst on duty. To carry out any maintenance in the domestic water, waste water systems. To maintain records of all Plant Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work and Performance tests carried in all guest rooms. To take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy in order to create a safe working environment. Maintains a positive attitude towards the job at all times To record and maintain own stock of necessary spares so that down time is kept to the absolute minimum. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
