We are now looking for a Customer Engagement Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Visiting homes across the region, you will conduct assessments, provide tailored water-saving advice, and ensure residents understand the benefits of our services. Working closely with our operations team, you will support appointment target achievement, provide customers with the necessary information, and accurately record survey checks in the CRM system. Additionally, you will: - Identify suitable pipework or meter chambers for a Control Flow device - Record and update job management systems with accurate details for installation teams About You To be considered as a Customer Engagement Officer, you will need: - A minimum of two years experience in customer service - Canvassing or sales experience - Confidence in customer-facing environments with excellent customer service skills - The ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - The ability to work under pressure and achieve targets - A full, valid driving licence - Access to your own vehicle and business insurance on your personal vehicle Other organisations may call this role Customer Service Officer, Community Engagement Officer, Sustainability Engagement Officer, Water Efficiency Advisor, or Customer Liaison Officer.
